Why board books are a good idea . . .

I found this cute book at Anthropologie, I love(d) it.

I must have skipped the chapter on respecting property when I read it to Ava:

  1. Classic. That is so funny.

On the positive side, Ava's sense of irony is promising.

  2. That is awesome!I am making a mental note right now to get board books and also to keep all the Fancy Nancy's out of reach!

If you would like me to tape that one back together for you I will! :)

  3. That is too funny. It makes me soooo mad when my kids rip books. Now when George does it he just rips little pieces off the pages and tells me that it is okay it is just a little bit.

  11. I think you should retaliate by ripping up her "There's no Such Thing as Monster's" book and lay the pieces on her bed.

  12. Jane you're so organized it was inevitable that you would have a child like this sweet angel to keep you on your toes.

  13. That didn't happen to our books until Tayden came along. After keeping things so nicely he decided it was time to destroy it all.

  14. We are able to accomplish that with board books as well. Something about kid slobber really softens up the edges and they tear just like paper!! Ahha!
