Christmas Eve

My mom had her annual Christmas Eve party for the grandkids.

I can't mention the party without first showing how

gorgeous her house looks for Christmas

She made the most fabulous dinner, the kids made donut snowmen and

Santa Claus even made a special stop to deliver gifts!

They promised me too.

While cleaning out the kids art closet today

I came across this note James wrote to the babies.

I could write the same one to him.

Although I only love them more each day.

Why can't they stay little forever?

Basketball

James is obsessed with football, he just started basketball and I am hoping he

loves it just as much, we sure love watching him play. The photo is fuzzy, but I love the one of James and Aaron talking sports

Today's Adventivity

Temple Square

Tonight our family got to see the lights at Temple Square.

There are hundreds of thousands of lights and I took lots of pictures of them.

Such a pretty sight.

This photo turned out to be my very favorite, one with no Christmas lights.

Simple. Beautiful. The Nativity.

and she is my cousin.

(don't think her talent is hereditary, I can't sing a tune to save my life)
